The snowflakes got much larger today.  We had about 5 inches (13 cm) of snow l in 25 minutes, and then another two hour snowfall...tonight will be -4 (estimate) and very icy!

The School Carol Concert tonight was brilliant....the church was packed upstairs and down, the kids sang and played really well and the audience loved it.

No more stress for you all - now chill and enjoy the run up to Christmas!!

.....a great evening at the Tilbury Band Hall for the Annual Awards Evening 

and short concert with the Tilbury Acadamy Band.....

...we stopped for a bite to eat whilst Christmas shopping with mum and sister today.

Icicles

Enormous icicles from the gutter to the ground......

We subsequently found that the gutter was blocked with fallen leaves.

....hence the amount and size of these.

Iced Leaves

We have some enormous icicles today, the water has dripped from the roof to the ground via this pretty bush and the whole thing looks like an "ice tree"....see next photo. 

I loved the colours in this one.

How much snow?!

8 1/2 inches of snow today - so far....it's still snowing and only lunch time!
