Door Wreath up!

The snowflakes got much larger today.  We had about 5 inches (13 cm) of snow l in 25 minutes, and then another two hour snowfall...tonight will be -4 (estimate) and very icy!

The School Carol Concert tonight was brilliant....the church was packed upstairs and down, the kids sang and played really well and the audience loved it.

No more stress for you all - now chill and enjoy the run up to Christmas!!

We subsequently found that the gutter was blocked with fallen leaves.
....hence the amount and size of these.

Iced Leaves

We have some enormous icicles today, the water has dripped from the roof to the ground via this pretty bush and the whole thing looks like an "ice tree"....see next photo.

The Oast

This photo does'nt show how high the ceilings were in this bedroom which was in one of the old roundels of the Oast house we stayed in at the weekend.  Hugely spacious and designed with such finess, quality furniture and fittings made our stay a luxurious one!

Great fun was had by all!
